This picture was taken from a little known vantage point at Mc Mahon’s point looking back across at the full splendour of the amazing Sydney Harbour. Quite easily the most breath taking harbour I have ever seen and at night it comes into a magic of its own. The waterways of the harbour are extremely busy and many locals are lucky enough to commute to work by boat and take in this incredible view every day! Australia is my most favourite continent and it has just about everything you could ever wish for. I first came here after finishing my studies and travelled all along the east coast and through the middle to Alice Springs before flying out of Darwin after an epic trip to Kakadu National Park. I could write all day about the weather, the food, the beaches, the wildlife and the laid back outdoors lifestyle that I got to enjoy for the 5 years that I was lucky enough to work here for. Over the years I have returned time and time again and each time I feel like I coming back home to a place where I belong and I know the hidden beaches and suburbs that have their own vibe and favourite restaurants with 5 star food that is fresh and delicious and a joy to savour. My top go to it-has-everything place for sure.
